Work View - Get rid of "Also working on"?

Hi all, new to Karbon (our firm is going through an implementation stage at present).I have set up a work view (Kanban style) and have each column headed with the assignee. In each assignee’s column, they have occurances of “also working on” showing steps allocated to other staff members but this assignee will be or has been involved in work at some point. My question is, can we switch this off and make the “Also working on” entries disappear?

Delete Documents Permanently

Is it possible to permanently delete documents from within Karbon? If not, does Karbon have a document retention policy available for review to determine if it is in agreement with our own?Karbon allows Archiving of documents which is referred to as “Delete” with archive in parenthesis after it in the help files. Then there is the functionality to Unarchive a “deleted” document which would indicate deleted documents are not actually deleted.I have tried searching for answers through the Community and Karbon help. If someone has a link to a conversation regarding my question, I would love to have it added.

Karbon AI -- What do you hate? What do you love?

I’ve challenged myself to only send emails generated from draft. I tidy them up and change them if needed, but I’m trying to learn how to prompt the AI to get what I want quickly. Overall, it’s been surprisingly helpful with some hilarious flubs.I have not started experimenting with the email item in a work item that generates from a predefined set of prompts, but I think that will be amazing based on what I’ve seen so far.I’m curious how others are using the AI? TimeKeeping Approvals

Hi - I was hoping that approving individual days for timekeeping was possible. Our Payroll periods end on the 10th and the 25th. Looks like we can only approve by the week. Anyone have a work around for this? Thanks!

Assignment Screen in My Week?

I have seen several references to an assignment screen in My Week.  I don’t seem to have this feature. (unless I am just missing it - highly possible)  Is this a beta testing feature?If this allows you to see only items currently assigned to you, I will kiss a designer.  I have wanted that feature since My Week was introduced.  I have at least one task on every piece of work in our firm.  My My Week is ridiculous and hard to use since most of the items in it are not assigned to me.

Hi Karbon Community, I would love to hear how others are using the assignments tab? I am finding useless without the ability to at least sort by date (would like other sorting as well) . But a lot ends up in there.  How are you using it and keeping it clean?

What happened to the "All" tab in Global Search?

Not long ago a new tab called “All” was the default tab in my global search - I found that really useful so I didn’t have to keep clicking between “Client” “Work” tabs when searching - but now that tab has disappeared!

Organizing emails

I am wondering if there is a feature to add a label to emails so that I can organize them according to specific categories so they do not all get lost in the “clear” area. I know there is the option to add the email to Work orders and Client Portfolios but I am wondering how to organize emails outside of these features. Please let me know 😊

Searching the Triage on my phone

When looking through my triage on my phone I would like to be have to search a historical email sometimes. There is a way to do this on a browser, but I am not seeing the functionality on my phone. Am I missing something or is this not available?

How to best use "thumbs up"

I noticed that when someone “thumbs up” a comment it does not notify me of the numbs up in my triage. This seems unhelpful as I would have to go back and look for the thumbs up to view the acknowledgement. How are others utilizing the “thumbs up”?

Can you customize the invoice number in Karbon to match my current invoicing sequence?

I’m looking to start invoicing in Karbon and realized that Karbon adjusted my invoice number to be KIN-1000 but I already have a numbering sequence that I’m following.  Is it possible to make that update or do you just write the actual invoice number into the activity and notes of that invoice?

Issue with Google and Karbon Intergration

Our firm has recently had an issue with the link between google services (i.e. gmail and google calendar) and our Karbon account. It use to work better and now there is a recurring issue where we have to continually reconnect the account upon almost every sign in. Is this a setting? How can we resolve this?

Sequence of Sections

When we add a new Section I would love to have the option to have it appear at the TOP of the list rather than the bottom.  I know you can drag and drop the Section, but this is inconvenient to do in a work item with many sections.  Has anyone requested this feature?

Suggested Work Items disappeared from dropdown menu

Hi guys, Since last week there is a function that seems to be missing.Previously, in the Triage, when I selected the “Add to Work’ Icon,  the pop up box had a list of work previously selected work. This saved me a lot of time.The dropdown list vanished last week, so this is what I can see. It is taking me a lot longer to keep my triage organised.I hope this can be fixed in the next update.Thank you!
