My firm would like to create a weekly production schedule that will be broken down to dates and clients in karbon or excel any ideas ?

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about this for our firm. Breaking the work down into week-long chunks assigned to teams of staff that will work together to get it done in the timeframe. Following for other’s ideas.
