Delete repeating work...but it comes back?

We were recently surprised when over 400 new work items appeared on July 1. Apparently, these were created by repeating work for a template that we no longer use. The prior administrator set up the Work Item for every client in our database when we first started using Karbon. Ugh.Our concern is that we can delete these 400 work items, but they are just going to be created again next year. So, the first question: do we have to Delete Repeat, then delete the Work Item for each of the 400? Second question: if the answer is “yes” to the first question, are there any shortcuts to Delete Repeat and then deleting the work item one at a time?

I want to create tasks from a template, where I need to remove a work item each time I create work.I'm finding it very inefficient to keep clicking on 3 buttons and deleting the tasks which are not part of the workIs there a work around this where i can just select the task I need from the template while creating a work item

Visibility of flows - Assigned VS unassigned

We have assigned other team members to flows for visibility but we are trying to minimize what flows show up under the filters. Example: I have person X assigned to a flow but I have given person XX visibility under ‘client team’ how can we filter the flows to only show what they are assigned to, NOT to be included with flows they have visibility on.

Zap Task Usage Using Webhooks and API

Hi!We have started testing and creating Zaps using Zapier Webhooks and the Karbon API and were wondering if anyone has an idea around how many tasks the Zap would use or examples of Zaps that would use too many tasks when using webhooks just so we don’t go over our task limit?For reference, the zap in testing would be to get a list of clients from Karbon and update the information in HubSpot to match the client information in Karbon.Thank you in advance for your responses!

Hey hey,For our payroll repeating work, we’d like to add customised tasks to individual clients and have them repeat. Is this doable?Orrrrr, could we pin a note to the repeating work for that client, and have that repeat?
