Folders/Grouping in My Week

Would any one happen to know if there is any way to group items in My Week together in folders or something similar. I need to switch between clients quite frequently and at the moment am individually moving 3 to 7 items into the “Working on Now” section every time I switch to a different client. Hoping there is some way to group items together under client name so that I could move all items as one rather than individually.

Where is the To-Do List Feature in Karbon?

Hello Karbon Community,I've encountered a puzzling issue regarding the To-Do List feature. Despite watching videos and reading articles about how to use the To-Do List, I can't seem to find it anywhere within Karbon.I was particularly excited about this feature when we were initially looking into getting Karbon, as it seemed like a powerful tool for task management. However, it's been challenging to utilize something that appears to be missing entirely from our platform.I'm wondering if the To-Do List feature has been removed or if there's a specific setting that needs to be enabled for our company to access it. All the resources I've come across only explain how to use the feature without addressing where to find it or how to enable it.Could someone please clarify if the To-Do List feature still exists in Karbon? If so, is there a specific step I need to take to enable it for our company?Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Timesheets - sorting time entry lines

Is there a way to adjust the order of Time Entry lines?We have quite a number of people who are adding the start/stop times in the Notes box, but this doesn't appear to let you adjust the order of the entries

To-Do vs My Week vs Work

Hey Everyone, Our firm is having some difficulty determining where we should be looking to see outstanding work for our team. We are using some iteration of To-Do, My Week, and Work as each one of them some benefits as well as their shortfalls. To-DoThis is what we have everyone use as it has the ability to list all tasks at a granular level. Our work item set up isn’t task heavy. Anything that can be done in one sitting is listed as one task with multiple steps in the description. What we do not like about To-Do is that you cannot get a total time budget allocation for all tasks in a given time period nor is it guaranteed that they will all show up on the client profile as work completed for a client. Example would be small tasks that were assigned from emails and not attached to a work item are not visible as items that were completed for a client when we are assessing how much out of scope work we do for a client throughout the year. Change Automators In Repeating Work

We are trying to change how some tasklist automators are set up for repeating work items. I checked Karbon’s website, and automators aren’t on the list of info that is carried forward to future work items. Is there a way to edit the automators on repeating work items so that future work items also reflect the change?

Email Task - different recipient email address

Loving the new Email Task feature.Two quick questions:ONE: One of my team needs to create an email task which defaults to an email address which isn't the main contact for the work item.I cannot find how to change this in the repeating work item. It always reverts back to the main contact email address.TWO: How can an email task be marked as complete (aside from clicking the elipses and selecting Change status) to show the email has been sent?I would like to use a simple automation, but I have to create a new section below the email task and get the team member to tick a box to automate the completion of the work item.Maybe I am over thinking it - is there a simpler way to achieve this? Any help would be gratefully received and thank you in advance.Adam

Email's in To Do when updated to fully using My Week

I can’t find an answer anywhere for this question I have. I know To Do is going & will be replaced fully with My Week. I am loving My Week & the only reason I am hesitant for the full move away from To Do has to do with emails sent from clients that are assigned to me (or others in company). We do bookkeeping solely and clients will email invoices & receipts, these get assigned to the person that works on the particular client’s work & connected to the relevant checklist. All fine with My Week & how it works.However, two points in which I utilise the To Do screen.When we get to the bookkeeping work these invoices get forwarded to the clients accouting file (MYOB or Xero), forwarding these from the work timeline resets to the top of the timeline EACH TIME an email is forwarded, which when these emails are forwarded from the To Do screen view it doesn’t move the current screen view. In the To Do screen (filtered by client/work & emails) there is less chance of an

Task assigned to someone else

Hello I’m looking for a best practice clearing my triage. Tasks that are part of a recurring work and assigned to a colleague will come to me for questions. I can’t assign it to myself, nor add to my week and end up keeping these questions in my triage until I can address them. Is there a better way to handle this situation?

When My Week cards move out of Done back into My Week

Looking for some My Week process suggestions! We are pretty new to My Week, so as we start using it we’re encountering scenarios we hadn’t anticipated!Key points of our processes:The Work Assignee for us stays consistent through the whole process of completing the piece of work Each piece of work generally has three people involved - a preparer, a reviewer, and a final senior review before the work is delivered to the client Some types of work will have a couple of touch points for the preparer and reviewer Current ownership of work is based on the status (e.g. Initial Preparation means the work is currently with the Preparer, when the status changes to Client Blocker it’s owned by our client success team to follow up on etc.)Problem:Once a preparer has completed their first set of tasks, it makes sense for them to move the card into the Done bucket, but based on this page, a change in Status is not a trigger for a card to move back out of Done and into This Week. Does anyone have or know of a publicly available video or training materials that can be provided to clients showing how to use/operate client tasks? There’s this page in the support knowledge base, but it’s written from the perspective of a Karbon user, not a client.
