Thanks @Rebecca Williams - see feature request here for YE -  We do not currently have the contact filtering option when selecting contacts for bulk work addition but glad to see it is in progress. Thanks for the update @Dave George & @StuartK

Thank you for this update, some notes on Bulk Work Creation. This feature isn’t really usable for us right now, the following features should be added to make this feature beneficial:Add a column that lists the contact’s year end date (and allow contacts to be filtered by that column) Allow contacts to be filtered by contact type Allow users to search for and select multiple contacts for bulk work creationWe have thousands of contacts and manually clicking through to get to those that need to be selected for bulk work creation is not feasible.

Client onboarding with API automation [Human Accounting Mastermind Group Project]

We are about to onboard Goproposal (practice ignition didn’t work for us for numerous reasons). Are you saying work is not being creating properly through the integration supported by Zapier and now you are working together on an API connection?

Is there a two way sync between OneDrive and Karbon (ie. if a file is added into OneDrive will it show in Karbon?)

We use whatsapp with our clients at log... how do others keep track of text message etc communication with clietns?

@max or anyone else…. Have you tried Twilio? I’m thinking it will update contact information but I’m not sure I see whether or not it could convert an instant message to an email and add to a client timeline.
