AI Feature: Compose Draft

Easily create a first draft of a new email or reply by using prompts or keywords. Within any email, find the Karbon AI button in the formatting bar, click "compose email from draft," and Karbon AI will automatically generate the email or reply for you. You can review and make adjustments before sending.Watch the video to get started. Once you have started using the feature, please let us know your feedback in the comments below. Remember we’ll provide access in a phased approach. If you do not have access today it will be enabled in the coming weeks.

Keep your clients informed about job progress by setting a task within your Karbon work item. This task will draft an email reflecting the progress and other prompts you provide. To add an email task, go to the work item, click Add task > Add emailWatch the video to get started. Once you have started using the feature, please let us know your feedback in the comments below. New AI Feature Release Update

Hi Everyone,We trust you are and your team are putting Summarize through its paces. Additional features will be added to the beta by end of June/early July and include:Draft an email from prompt Change tone of an email Create an email task with a promptTo ensure a smooth rollout and collect feedback iteratively, we’ll be adopting a staged approach in releasing these new features - just as we did for Summarize. This will allows us to carefully monitor the performance and gather insights from each phase while ensuring we deliver the best user experience.

Updated Karbon Practice Intelligence (KPI) Work Status workbook The updated Work Status workbook has come a long way from its first release 6 months ago.New filters have been added, including work type, client, and client manager, in addition to the existing ones for time and status. Your custom statuses have also been included to give you a deeper understanding into your process.The workbook is designed to help you identify how the status of your work has progressed over time and how your firm has performed to date.
