Check who has a client portal account Now you can easily keep track of your clients and their access to the client portal. In the Contacts > Details tab, there's a new section that shows whether a client has created a client portal account. If they do, you'll see their email address, which also helps if they forget their login. If this is blank it means the client hasn’t created an account and it’s a good reminder to do so. In the same section, you can also click 'Edit Login Details' to reset a client's 2FA access if they can't get into the portal for any reason. This makes it simple to manage access and make sure everything runs smoothly for your clients. Is this information still current? I can’t seem to see this information on the details tab for the users who have portal access.Where an email address is associated with multiple contacts (individual/organisation) it doesn’t seem to appear on either. Any ideas?

Hey @Lachlan Macindoe when were the stats pulled? I know we’ve only been using Karbon for a couple of months, but I might get sacked if this is true!! 😁 Whoops, sorry Shaun. You have two accounts linked to your email and your numbers were incorrectly taken from your less-used account. Can you try again using the same link? It should look much better! Haha, much more respectable - thanks!

Updating Tasks in Template - flow on to reoccuring jobs.

Thank Sam for the response. It’d be great if we had the option to combine both. e.g. Update from template for core tasks (e.g. to capture a change in process) but then have a client specific tasks section that just rolls forward between jobs. Not sure if this has been suggested before as a feature request
