@SamG - Thanks Sam… and I agree that is an option, but typically we do want team members to create and delete work… just on the correct organizations! :)Taking that ability away will cause more harm than good.

@max - you got it!  It would still have the timeline tab, but restrict the work and time&budget tabs.

Client Portal

@drich208 - You can create a work item for this to be open for the year (I-9’s for hires in 2024)… keep this task open and they can go back to it each time.  This would require them to typically login to the portal (or find the email) each time… but that could work.

We create a work item for everything!!  Only times we don’t create a work item is if it would be completed within 24 hours and takes under 30 mins.

QuickBooks backup files

Using Google Drive is typically the back-up alterative we use… We actually use Microsoft generally, but have a shared free google company account for times like this.

Later, user permissions, profile roles, Client Team custom fields, merge duplicate contacts, bill by colleague rate, and control budgets by amounts

Love these updates!!  Merge Contacts and the ‘Later’ Triage will certainly be something I use right away!

I agree Karla… Having the option to share the summary into a comment so everyone can see it would be nice… as well as a remove option.  It would also be nice if it can make mention of any attachments (might not be able to read the attachments, but that would be SUPER COOL) but at least mention there was an attachment called ...
