Consolidating Client Comments into One Email?

I hope your Monday is off to a smoother start than mine! Since integrating Karbon into our workflow processes, we've encountered a question regarding templates/checklists that I'd like to discuss with the community.Specifically, we've noticed that every time a client responds to a checklist item, we receive a separate email notification. While this ensures we promptly address client updates, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially on busy mornings like today. For instance, last Friday, I sent out several Client checklists. When I opened my Triage this morning, I was immediately overwhelmed by numerous comments across multiple checklists.We're wondering if there's a way to consolidate these client responses into a single email, rather than receiving multiple emails for each individual response. Where is the To-Do List Feature in Karbon?

Hello Karbon Community,I've encountered a puzzling issue regarding the To-Do List feature. Despite watching videos and reading articles about how to use the To-Do List, I can't seem to find it anywhere within Karbon.I was particularly excited about this feature when we were initially looking into getting Karbon, as it seemed like a powerful tool for task management. However, it's been challenging to utilize something that appears to be missing entirely from our platform.I'm wondering if the To-Do List feature has been removed or if there's a specific setting that needs to be enabled for our company to access it. Encouraging Staff Adoption of Karbon Software

Hello again,I'm reaching out with a question regarding staff adoption of the Karbon software within accounting firms. We've recently implemented Karbon to streamline our client management processes at our firm. However, I've been faced with a lot of reluctance among our staff to fully embrace the platform.My boss and I have observed that many team members are hesitant to transition from their previous methods of client management (excel spreadsheets, mainly). They see Karbon as more labour-intensive and challenging to navigate. Encouraging Client's Usage of Karbon Checklist for Document Uploads

Hi everyone!As we are nearly fully transitioned to Karbon, I've started sending out Onboarding checklists to our clients. These checklists help us gather all the necessary information for setting up their profiles in the system and preparing their corporate taxes. However, we've run into an issue where many clients are sending their documents as attachments in reply to the email, instead of uploading them directly to the Karbon Checklist.I'm curious to know how others have tackled this issue and encouraged clients to use the Karbon Checklist for document uploads. Any tips or tricks you've found effective in making this process smoother would be really helpful.
