Karbon Insert Table in Email

I have looked at some previous threads and noticed there were some old questions from 2 years ago requesting for the ability to create + insert tables into your emails in Karbon. I know Karbon community lets you create/insert a table, but I am struggling to find the same functionality within Karbon itself. Is there a way to do so in Karbon yet?

Organizing the Karbon Documents Tab With Subfolders?

Is there a way to organize the Karbon storage in such a way that we are able to have the client documents in subfolders? I.E instead of having all the different documents uploaded by the clients mixed in randomly, we can create a custom folder in the documents tab named “Tax returns”, and so on

Is there a way to send the client request without the checklist?

Hello,I just wanted to ask if there were any methods or workarounds to sending client request emails without the checklist to a client. This would help my company in automating some emails without the need of working around a checklist.At the moment, for our client request “notifications”, we have developed a temporary workaround where we send the request as an email notifying that whatever they have done has been successful, and they can check off the checklist stating they have seen the email. Either way though, an automator has already been set up to complete the work once this notification has been sent out. So to recap, I wanted to ask:Can I schedule and send an automated email in a work template without a checklist? Is there some way I can use Karbon to send out quarterly “newsletters” automatically? Perhaps within a work template? In a client request email, is it possible I can embed an image into the body by any chance (not as an attachment, but the image is loaded in the email

How to set due date of a task based on work end date?

Lets say I have a work template. The start date for this work template is whatever date. The end date however, is December 31st. My question now~ Is there a way for me to set a task’s due date such that it is due 1 week before the end of the work date? (December 24 in this case, given the example above). At the moment I only see setting due dates after the work has started, or before the work has started. But I would like a more dynamic way to set a due date for a task using the end date instead of the start date.

Client request emails sent multiple times

Hello, I noticed during testing that every time I send an email to a client (whether it was an automated one  from a work template or just from the create a new email button), the emails were always sent more then once. Sometimes, they are sent more then twice. When I created a work item and had the client request sent automatically from the template, the same email was sent to the client 8 times. However, one thing I noticed was that even though the email was sent 8 times, the “MANAGE CHECKLIST” button did not work for any of the emails (showing up with an access error), except for the very first one that was sent in the chain of emails. After clicking the button in the first email, the buttons in the other 7 same exact emails would work fine. Why is this the case and how can I resolve this issue?
