Establishment of a Karbon Users Group

I would be interested in starting a small (8 - 10 firms) user group who would be interested in meeting for an hour a month to discuss how everyone is fully utilizing Karbon, etc.  Please feel free to reach out to me at wmertz@corporatecfo.com if you are interested.

Notification of Due dates

Many of our employees are adding tasks to Karbon, and then going to outlook to put reminders for critical dates so it pops up on their computer.  I would prefer that they just use Karbon, so could you let me know the best way to get critical reminders.

Default settings

Is there a way to set a default setting in Work.  I prefer the list view, but the system defaults to the Kaban view.

Modifying information in Contacts

Is there a way to customize the information on an organization contact.  I would like to add information such as whether the client is cash basis or accrual basis, etc.
