Many of our employees are adding tasks to Karbon, and then going to outlook to put reminders for critical dates so it pops up on their computer. I would prefer that they just use Karbon, so could you let me know the best way to get critical reminders.

Hi William,
Welcome to the community. Have they tried adding these items to their My Week? They can assign the task to a week in My Week and when that week rolls around, the task will be in the This week view. If they are adding to the calendar, it would also show in their calendar view with in My Week.

I would also encourage your team to experiment with My Week. When adding items to the calendar in My Week, it syncs to outlook and should pop-up like normal. That way it’s a few less steps than tracking important items in two systems.
I’m not sure if that helps at all. 😀
