RingCentral and outbound text integration

We currently integrate RingCentral texts with Karbon.  This works well for inbound texts.  The texts come into RingCentral, they are passed to Karbon triage just like any other email, and then we put them on a client timeline. [We use Office 365 for our email accounts].Is there a way to set up Karbon, RingCentral, or a third party app (without a lot of headache!) to pass outbound texts sent from RingCentral into Karbon’s Triage?  A solution for this, combined with the new Karbon Triage sharing feature, would close the loop on distributing all client communications in our office via Karbon.

How to edit Client Group(s) for a Work item

There are two issues:How can I add more than one Client Group to a Work item?  I can have multiple Client Groups at the Contact level, but not at the Work item level? Once a Work item has been created, how can I edit/change the Client Group?  Again, I can edit/change the Client Group at the Contact level, but not at the Work item level?

How to unsubmit a time sheet

I accidentally hit the Submit button on my timesheet.  Now Karbon won’t let me enter any more time entries for this date.  How do I “unsubmit” or allow myself to add more time entries to this date?  I am a time administrator.

Sending client requests more than once to different people

What happens in the following situation:I send a Client Request to a client.  I then resend the same Client Request to a different email address. Can both email addresses access the Client Request?  Or, does one get shut down?  Which one?

Adding additional timelines to notes in tasks

When a comment is added to a task, the comment is automatically assigned to that task in the Timeline.  However, there doesn’t seem to be a way to add additional timelines to that comment.In my specific scenario I have a comment in a task related to Q2-2023 estimated taxes.  I want to be reminded about the contents of that comment when I review the Q3 and Q4 estimated tax Work Items, and maybe when I prepare the tax return after year end.  It would be simple if I could add the comment to more Timelines.  Otherwise, the only workaround is to remember to cut and paste the comment into another Work item, Task, or Contact timeline, correct?
