Primary Owner

Hi, we are fairly new to Karbon, and now making sure all our contact data is correct.Would just like confirmation that the primary owner of the email should be the individual record rather than the organization ?Once contacts are up to date we will start to build client groups.Forgive me if this is an obvious question  !
