Broken Link for Client Request

I’ve sent a Client Request to a client, and they’re getting a blank screen. A colleague tried to open the link and said that they had an expired link.I’ve tried accessing the link and it takes me to the checklist with out any issues. Is there any reason that the link would still work for me (the sender), but not to anyone else?

Is there a way to view Colleague’s “To Do” in Karbon to see what tasks they have assigned to them?
