Multible business's inside Karbon

They will have different domains. I was mainly thinking of workflow processing. But that is a very good point! I will need to speak with IT to see if there is a way around it. It’s not even the cost it’s more the practicality of needed to jump between licenses.

CCH Axcess Engagement

We have used Access and Server based engagemnet for a number of years. It saves time with larger TB’s and does away with bad entries when you would manually input the wrong data.

Client Manager vs Client Owner

We use these contact  fields mainly for managing who is responsible for what client and to have the ability via a contact download to view each team members book of business, Additionally in the Skype field we put the monthly retainer for each client. Makes it easier to see what monthly dollar amount each CPA/Client Owner is responsible for.Client Owner = CPA that is responsible for managing the client Client Manager = Bookkeeper assigned to do the bookkeeping
