@SamG I thought this was wild, so I had to check for myself.  We don’t use billing but when I looked at the Time Entry Report I got it in this format

I wonder if it is an underlying setting in your system?  Even if it is, why they would be different I have no idea!  It would make me crazy though and now I am on the lookout if it is anywhere else.
