Is there a way to lock a client so colleagues cannot charge time to them? We have a bunch of clients who are inactive and no longer work with our firm. However, we’ve run into an issue where colleagues will do a small task for inactive clients and charge time to them. This clutters our WIP with small billable amounts that we can’t actually invoice.
