remove colleagues

Hi @Melodee Lopez, I do not believe there’s a way to do that, however, you may try deleting the email in Outlook and seeing if it is also deleted in Karbon. I believe it’s possible that even if the email is deleted in Outlook it still shows up in Karbon, but I’m not sure.
