physically mail client information

client is requesting to have checklist mailed to physical address and not emailed is there a template for this or do i simply mail only the checklist in an envelope?

Oh wow 😅 do they not own a printer? Nor a mobile phone?

Printing a checklist to PDF is coming, but for now, your only option is to print it (either using your browser print settings or using the snipping tool).

@Nadine Bobo For the handful of our legacy clients left who prefer paper, we have a separate document we send them. The Karbon checklist for us is better served for those using it rather than for paper delivery. Maybe just a Word document could be sent to them.

This is our final year for paper delivery of anything. Slows our process down so much, even for the small number of clients left using this method.
