On the main timeline for a contact we can see what work order an email has been linked to. It would be helpful to have that same detail for Notes that are created in work orders.
A note will show up on the main timeline but the context is not clear on the collapsed view there, my team finds this confusing.
I have submitted a feature request but I am wondering - is it just my team or do you have work arounds to avoid confusion. I am thinking maybe including that kind of detail in the title as a rule of thumb?
