API Get work item budget

Double check your token and key. 401 is usually something wrong with the JWT.If that still doesn’t work use: https://developers.karbonhq.com/issues/ as there might be a bug somewhere.I know I use they endpoint in a couple different pieces of automation so it does work.

Looking for a contractor to help with API across multiple platforms

@SamG They are in the group to provide support to the plan subscribers for any questions that arise, serve to perform semi-annual ‘techspert’ consultations for subscribers as needed and to provide independent service options to subscribers who are looking beyond DIY solutions for custom solutions. The Karbon Services team utilizes contractors (‘Karbon Experts’ & ‘Techsperts’) in quite a few ways with different services/plans.

Is there a way or an App we can connect to Karbon to let clients know the progress of our deliverables?

We use whatsapp with our clients at log... how do others keep track of text message etc communication with clietns?

I was always a little bit more ruthless in terms of ‘dormant clients’. Rule was if you hadn’t heard from a client in a month/all the client task reminders ran out it was a phone call from a manager re: are you moving on?

I never had a length problem when using it but I’m also fairly straightforward in my comms.I use that free service as a manual action so someone has to look it up. I typically recommend not sending an email and texting as I hate when people both text and email me and blow up my phone as it’s annoying as hell. Preference is email because of the threading but if someone wants a text there are options.

You can use Email to Text functionality. No 3rd party software needed. Note: I only know this specifically works in the US and CAN.This functionality has been out for years but few people seem to know about it.
