Hi! We recently switched our accounting team to Karbon time, and are liking that functionality, especially with the KPI features we have subscribed to.
Because of the high cost per user for Karbon, we do not have our contractors on Karbon, so they are still logging their time in QuickBooks Time. This divide obviously causes inaccuracy in our KPI data, as well as a much longer invoicing time for the clients who are billed on an hourly basis (most of our clients are fixed fee, but we do have advisory clients and some hourly billed clients that we need to manually bill at month-end).
Is there an option for discounted users so that we can enforce Karbon time tracking across our entire company? The sooner we are able to do this, the better.
