I’d love to see the following for deleting repeat work:Make it an option by either clicking the repeat cadence under “REPEATS” in the main Work view or under “Edit Repeat Settings” in the Work’s three-dot menu. It’s several clicks and a full-page scroll to get to Delete Repeat currently. When a contact’s “Contact Type” is changed to “Inactive,” automatically delete all repeat work for that contact. After deleting repeat work, I’m taken back to the Work screen. I’d rather go back to the Work instance that was being repeated (usually so I can delete that instance also).

Dear Karbon,When are you planning to roll our Google Drive support for DMS (document management system)? Our while eco system operates in Google. Incidentally, our Karbon account piggybacks on our Google logins and gmail. Any updates on ETA for this vital integration? We are hobbling around this until we can integrate fully. Much appreciated for a response so we can project how to handle files until you resolve.
Hi! We recently switched our accounting team to Karbon time, and are liking that functionality, especially with the KPI features we have subscribed to.Because of the high cost per user for Karbon, we do not have our contractors on Karbon, so they are still logging their time in QuickBooks Time. This divide obviously causes inaccuracy in our KPI data, as well as a much longer invoicing time for the clients who are billed on an hourly basis (most of our clients are fixed fee, but we do have advisory clients and some hourly billed clients that we need to manually bill at month-end).Is there an option for discounted users so that we can enforce Karbon time tracking across our entire company? The sooner we are able to do this, the better.
What is going on with the Karbon Practice Management app/program? It is running so slow that it’s almost impossible to use. I can’t get a hold of Support, or all Support wants to do is talk. I’m tired of talking. I want something to work. Could someone please get my Karbon Practice Management to work?
I have an employee who just gave two weeks notice of resignation.To utilise the capacity planning report it would be good to be able to1) set a future end date;2) end available capacity from that date so the when running the capacity planning report it shows the ability of the remaining team to handle the excess workload until replacement staff arrive. In the interim we’ll try the suggested workaround being to submit a time entry and use the Time Off Task Types to reduce the capacity of that user for the planning period they are looking at.
Is it just me or is the platform moving further and further away from supporting Safari?I am getting wierd results when @mentioning people, where you can select a name in the drop down box but nothing populates in the comments box. I also lose the cursor completely when typing comments in the box, such that when I open a comment, I can’t tell if I can edit until I actually start typping and then only the 2nd or 3rd letter of what I’m typing comes up!I regualarly have to clear out the cache due to random rendering issues and the Work screen is slow to populate after any change (like, 2-3 minutes slow), so I need to lan when I might need the information!
Dear Karbon, Can you please add functionality to “sort” emails in Triage? If you have this, where does it exist? This is different from the search feature you already have. Your search feature does not resolve my issue. Use case, I have a busy week and receive 1000 emails. I cant keep up with my email and need to look at it during downtime. 62 of those are related to a particular client. I have no way to “sort” conversations related to that client, attach them as a batch to a timeline, and clear them all together. At present, I have to open gmail in another window, sort them, and then hunt and peck one by one in Karbon to attach them where they need to go. It used to be much simpler in gmail or outlook. I could grab all related emails, throw them where they needed to go and move on with my life. No w my inbox is severely backed up because of how long it takes to manually sort my email in triage. How do we resolve this very basis request?
Client tasks to the same client email, sent by various sender to receiver - do these show together in the client portal ? Does the client see open and closed tasks? Are all the various client tasks from different work together in the client portal - visible to the client ? How are the open tasks grouped - is this by work? What can the client see in their portal? - The Work name? The Client Task group name ? The tasks ? The Sender of the Client task? Is the Client Task portal by the client email address ?
Is there a way to edit someone else’s notes? I understand that you can comment on a note. That’s not what I’m looking for. We need to have collaborative notes on topics where team members add. I find us relying on Google Docs instead of working in Karbon where we should be
