Welcome to the Feature Idea section within the Karbon Community! This is where you can suggest new ideas that will help make Karbon even better. I’d love to see the following for deleting repeat work:Make it an option by either clicking the repeat cadence under “REPEATS” in the main Work view or under “Edit Repeat Settings” in the Work’s three-dot menu. It’s several clicks and a full-page scroll to get to Delete Repeat currently. When a contact’s “Contact Type” is changed to “Inactive,” automatically delete all repeat work for that contact. After deleting repeat work, I’m taken back to the Work screen. I’d rather go back to the Work instance that was being repeated (usually so I can delete that instance also).
Hi there,I have client tasks set up in my workflows where an email requesting for information is set to go out during the month, but this automatic email seems to be having an issue lately, unsure of the reason. It has happened with a few of my clients, and I don’t know if they’re receiving the emails if I manually send them from the task either. Please advise.Thank you.

it's great to see growing integration with g suite apps… when will we see the ability to export directly to google sheets & docs? We use g suite for everything as you’re killing me with the copy and paste into sheets to share with my team…
If there are more than 40 work items on the work tab, I cannot scroll through them. I get a blue circle in the far left corner as if it is thinking/processing, but nothing happens and it does not go past the first 40 work items. The only way I can find what I need is resort the work under “Name” and hope it falls in the last 40 items, or I have to do a search (hoping I guess the correct key words) to find a specific work item. However, if I need to scroll through all the items there is no way I can do that if it is more than 40 work items.** This is a recent issue - meaning I was able to scroll past 40 before - this has happened in the last week to two weeks.
Hi there, I trust you are well.Firstly, I am currrently experiencing a work view error, when I go on a client and I want to view the work not completed. It doesn’t show all my work, it will only show 1 or if more than 1 it will show minimal. This is new and would like assistance to be able to view my work items with no problems.Secondly when I view work items, the system is very slow to load work items and slightly glitches, with my colleagues they don’t experience this but I am. Kindly assist as this problem is not making the system user friendly for me at this stage.I would like this to be sorted as soon as possible.
When you select Download All attachments and the folder displayed is not where you want to save the files, you then have to change the folder for every file being downloaded. Karbon should save all files to the newly nominated folder without having to do it for every file being downloaded.
Can the certification be broken down into different levels? Not all my team need to know how to set up templates and have access to insights but all need to know how to work in Karbon and communicate in Karbon so a standard level and an expert level of training would be great. At the moment I’m only asking managers and above to undertake Karbon training but would love to get all staff to understate a more basic level as part of their induction to the business and processes
Firstly, when will training modules for the new features be available? I’m think specifically the document storage, calendar and practice insights? Secondly for products that are additional costs like the new insights feature, it would be great to have pre recorded demos available on this community to watch and help us decide if we want to book calls and trials on the additional features.

Just like many of the other platforms you use - when you tag another user in your question or comment, the platform will notify them that they were mentioned in a post. To tag a user, you simply start with the @ symbol, then begin typing their username.Example: @Andi Ancheta The platform will suggest matches, and you simply select the username of the person you would like to tag. As soon as you post your message, the user will receive a notification that they were mentioned, and a link to the post.
Since its launch last year, the Karbon Community has grown into a vibrant place for customers to share tips and tricks, ask questions, and learn from each another. And to make the Community even better, we have just launched Feature Ideas. This new section allows you to suggest, vote for, and track app improvements that will make Karbon better for everyone. It makes it easier for you and all customers to be heard, see each others ideas, and know what is coming next.We are looking forward to your input! Ian
Karbon and peers, Currently, I understand there is no central place for reporting bugs of Karbon system. I only know the place to request new features. However, for existing features, if there is a bug (e.g. below), I would strongly a place either in this community of somewhere else for the users to report. I hope all the bugs can taken care by the development team of Karbon serious and timely and trackable. Can other peers echo this idea? The reason is simple. Client Group: When a client is added to two or more client group. When we do the filering of work by client group, the work of the client only appear when you filter the first client group. However, when you filter other client groups where the client is a member, that work won’t appear.
It’s easy to add images or videos to your posts.Add an imageYou can upload images to your post by clicking on the small camera icon in the text editor: All common file formats for images are supported (.png, .jpg, .gif)After a successful upload, you can either leave the image in the attachment, or you can choose to embed it into your post. To do so, simply enter it at the part of the post where you would like to have the image embedded. Embed videosAdding videos to your post can be done by clicking on the film roll button: You can add videos from Youtube, Vimeo and Dailymotion.Note: Please paste the original video url, not e.g. the url for embedding videos.After the video has been added, you can choose to keep the video as an attachment, or to embed it into your post. For embedding, please go with the cursor to the place of your text where you would like to present the video, and click on "place in text".
I think this is ridiculous, especially for those of us who have been with Karbon from day one but even for new customers.If you buy Karbon from Intuit, the pricing per month per user paid monthly is Team $60, Business $85 and Enterprise $99. This does not account for any discounts intuit is currently offeringIf you buy it directly from Karbon, he pricing per month per user paid monthly is Team $75, Business $99 and Enterprise $??.Clearly, intuit is not doing this for free, so they are paying and even lower amount to get the service.
