Multible business's inside Karbon

We are adding a second pe=ractice to our business along with a partner in that business. Is there a way to set this up (Best Practice) so that when reports are run we can see only 1 business at a time??

In Status timer

Do we have a glitch that’s developed on the In Status time in the list work view.  It’s showing in Days Hours Mins…. it’s a bit excessive as you only need to see number of days.  Looks too busy with full format

It’s easy to add images or videos to your posts.Add an imageYou can upload images to your post by clicking on the small camera icon in the text editor: All common file formats for images are supported (.png, .jpg, .gif)After a successful upload, you can either leave the image in the attachment, or you can choose to embed it into your post. To do so, simply enter it at the part of the post where you would like to have the image embedded. Embed videosAdding videos to your post can be done by clicking on the film roll button: You can add videos from Youtube, Vimeo and Dailymotion.Note: Please paste the original video url, not e.g. the url for embedding videos.After the video has been added, you can choose to keep the video as an attachment, or to embed it into your post. For embedding, please go with the cursor to the place of your text where you would like to present the video, and click on "place in text".

Calendar responses with messages

I struggle with the calendar response emails that I receive in Karbon. If someone writes a message on their response it doesn’t show up in the Karbon triage email. I have to go to Outlook to see if there’s anything written.Can this be fixed?

Notifications - a friend or a foe?

While I have seen a lot of requests, discussions and questions regarding getting notifications here on Karbon, I think it’s high time we implement changes on the notification preferences each user has. Different users, different purposes of using Karbon.I understand that the absence of the sound notification is to encourage deep work; however, on the other hand, other users depend on client submissions, or fast-paced email conversations with colleagues as deep work. Bottom-line is, I think one way to achieve a win-win situation is to provide users the option to modify and set their preferred notification style -- one of which is adding an alert sound once a new item in the triage comes in. Our dear developers might already have an update about this that I might have missed. Please enlighten me. Thanks so much! :)

Repeating work Work Naming Convention

Hi,It looks like the options for Working Name Convention have been updated so there is no singular year option available anymore under Repeat Previous Period. Instead of having, for example, “ 2023 BAA” which is what we want, it is now showing as “2022 - 2023 BAA”.Is it possible to have this option added back in please?Thanks in advance, Stacey

Delete Repeat Work

I’d love to see the following for deleting repeat work:Make it an option by either clicking the repeat cadence under “REPEATS” in the main Work view or under “Edit Repeat Settings” in the Work’s three-dot menu. It’s several clicks and a full-page scroll to get to Delete Repeat currently. When a contact’s “Contact Type” is changed to “Inactive,” automatically delete all repeat work for that contact. After deleting repeat work, I’m taken back to the Work screen. I’d rather go back to the Work instance that was being repeated (usually so I can delete that instance also).

Client Task - automatic emails/request

Hi there,I have client tasks set up in my workflows where an email requesting for information is set to go out during the month, but this automatic email seems to be having an issue lately, unsure of the reason. It has happened with a few of my clients, and I don’t know if they’re receiving the emails if I manually send them from the task either. Please advise.Thank you.

it's great to see growing integration with g suite apps… when will we see the ability to export directly to google sheets & docs? We use g suite for everything as you’re killing me with the copy and paste into sheets to share with my team…

Why can I not see more than 40 work items in the Work View?

If there are more than 40 work items on the work tab, I cannot scroll through them.  I get a blue circle in the far left corner as if it is thinking/processing, but nothing happens and it does not go past the first 40 work items.  The only way I can find what I need is resort the work under “Name” and hope it falls in the last 40 items, or I have to do a search (hoping I guess the correct key words) to find a specific work item.  However, if I need to scroll through all the items there is no way I can do that if it is more than 40 work items.** This is a recent issue - meaning I was able to scroll past 40 before - this has happened in the last week to two weeks.

Work Items

Hi there, I trust you are well.Firstly, I am currrently experiencing a work view error, when I go on a client and I want to view the work not completed. It doesn’t show all my work, it will only show 1 or if more than 1 it will show minimal. This is new and would like assistance to be able to view my work items with no problems.Secondly when I view work items, the system is very slow to load work items and slightly glitches, with my colleagues they don’t experience this but I am. Kindly assist as this problem is not making the system user friendly for me at this stage.I would like this to be sorted as soon as possible.

Download All option requires entry of folder name for each file being downloaded

When you select Download All attachments and the folder displayed is not where you want to save the files, you then have to change the folder for every file being downloaded.  Karbon should save all files to the newly nominated folder without having to do it for every file being downloaded.

Certification levels

Can the certification be broken down into different levels? Not all my team need to know how to set up templates and have access to insights but all need to know how to work in Karbon and communicate in Karbon so a standard level and an expert level of training would be great. At the moment I’m only asking managers and above to undertake Karbon training but would love to get all staff to understate a more basic level as part of their induction to the business and processes

Training Material Updates and demos

Firstly, when will training modules for the new features be available? I’m think specifically the document storage, calendar and practice insights? Secondly for products that are additional costs like the new insights feature, it would be great to have pre recorded demos available on this community to watch and help us decide if we want to book calls and trials on the additional features.
