Is there a way to set a filtered view in triage as a defualt view? I have a collegue that prefers to not utiilize the triage clearing feature. They would like to have a default view of only internal mentions that they can keep track of. Is this a current feature or do you need to change the filtered view every time you open triage in karbon?

How does the firm feel about your colleague’s decision to not use Karbon as intended? 😅
I don’t believe there is a way to set a default view in Triage. The colleague could keep Triage open and always open items (new pages) in a new tab or new window, keeping that Triage view open or submit a Featrure Idea

We have someone in a similar situation in our firm. I’m not sure they will ever be fully on board with Karbon, so your feature idea might be interesting to them as well. 😊

Yeah, we have one or two of those folks as well. There Triage numbers stress me out! Features like this MAY help bring them over!
