ah yes, just before Christmas, I had massive issues with Chrome and had to access Karbon and other apps such as our bank, via an incognito window.

We’re good here. Did you recently have an IT change? Are you able to contact Karbon support with logging in?

We haven’t had any changes and we were in earlier this morning.  I have sent an email to support.

I did see some down time scheduled for an update - when was that now? 

@10 Eslami Marsha There are currently some issues with logging in on Chrome. Support is aware and is working on the issue. In the meantime, I have been able to access Karbon on a different browser.
