I have just been made aware of the download function under the ‘details’ tab, however this client has uploaded an excel file and when I go to the recent documents area and ‘manage’, it does not give me the option to download. Does anyone know why this is?

Hi Imba,
The download button is used/available when there are multiple files in the Details tab. If there is only one file, you need to click the document to either download it, or if the document is a supported document, it will open in your browser from where it can then be downloaded (e.g. Adobe PDF).
