Bulk create work for 100 contacts

Creating work items for multiple clients at once is now quicker and easier. The contact selection limit has increased to 100, which means you can bulk-create work for large amounts of clients with just a few clicks.

 

Custom due date for repeat work

You can now set a different due date for the last instance in a series when you define repeat work by the number of occurrences. This option offers added flexibility for managing custom client calendars.

 

QBOA integration now available for Australian firms (beta)

The Karbon Billing and Payments integration with QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA), currently in beta, is now available for customers in Australia as well as the US. An integration for Canada and the UK will follow shortly.

The integration syncs invoices, payments, and client financial data between Karbon and QBOA.

  • Invoices sent using Karbon automatically sync to QBOA, ensuring your financial data is always up-to-date without manual entry.

  • Payments received via Karbon or entered into QBOA auto-sync between both systems. This makes it easy to track all types of payments, from paper checks entered directly into QBOA to card and direct debit payments processed with Karbon. for an accurate, real-time view of your cash flow.

  • Effortlessly handle payments applied to multiple invoices.

  • Address invoice syncing errors quickly with built-in error management.

  • Combined with Karbon’s auto-pay features for recurring invoices, the integration allows clients to pay automatically through saved payment details and updates QBOA automatically.

Integrate with Anchor for proposal-to-payment automation

Karbon now integrates with Anchor. Automatically create contacts, assign team members, and kick off work in Karbon as soon as a proposal is signed in Anchor to save time, reduce admin, and get paid faster.

With the bulk update, is it now possible to select multiple clients from more than one ‘screen’s worth’ of clients?  By this, I mean that currently, if you want to select two organisations and they are on different pages because one begins with A and the other a Z, you can’t select them both for the purposes of adding a workflow.  It would be helpful if this update addressed that.

I came here to write this!!! I have 200+ of the same work item I want to create, and having to do this screen by screen is so painful! To be able to select from multiple screens is a start, but being able to SEARCH AND SELECT from the entire client list is my dream! 

I’m sure there must be others like us @Amy Phillips, frustrated by the same problem!
