Compose emails: Easily create a first draft of a new email or reply by using prompts or keywords. Within any email, click "compose email from draft," and Karbon AI will automatically generate the email or reply for you. You can review and make adjustments before sending.

Provide personalized client updates: Keep your clients informed about job progress by setting a task within your Karbon work item. This task will draft an email reflecting the progress and other prompts you provide. To add an email task, go to the work item, click Add task > Add email

Improve writing tone: Enhance your outgoing client emails by making them more conversational, direct, apologetic, or neutral. With a single click, you can adjust the tone to suit the situation. In an email, click on the "change tone" option in the email toolbar.

@Dee Johns I can’t see the workbooks under Intelligence.

Would love to see the VXT-style integration with Zoom!!

Were these updates rolled out yet? I don’t see a note assigned to me showing up in my week.

I’m loving the action on the product developments side, but I have to come on here to say I’m REALLY disappointed to get another product update that doesn’t include sending tasks to more than 1 person.

Hi @Rivky Grinberger

Yes they are. When you assign a note from the global add, are you adding it to a timeline? It will appear in My Week automatically when there is no timeline added.

Hi @Jenna Coffinger

Thank you for the feedback. Sending to multiple people is in development and will be released in the near future.

Hey @Peter McCarroll - jump on over to the feature ideas thread and tell us more about how an integration with Zoom would help you.

Hi @Amelia Freeman

When is the Add task > Add email function being rolled out?

I have tried finding it in templates, existing work items and when creating new work items.

Thanks

Adam

Hey @davideigner, you should have received an email from your success manager asking you to complete a form to identify who should have access to the new Intelligence tab. Once filled-out, we will be able to enable this for you.

Thanks @davideigner, I’ll check back with the team on why the form link isn’t working.

@Logan Baillie eventually the form’s permissions were updated so we could access 🙂 but the second page of the form has about 20 fields for email addresses, 3 of these are randomly mandatory (the first, the fourth and the second last or something), we only need to enter 2. I suggest the form be fixed and on page 2 none of the fields are mandatory.

@SamG the mandatory fields have been removed - apologies for the mixup and thank you for pointing this out!

Thanks Logan 🙂
