I am wondering if it’s possible for clients to attach folders or zip files to a client request. When testing this on myself I did not seem to be able to do so.

Hi
I just tested uploading a .zip file and it worked, but there’s a little catch:
The zip files don’t show up as options to upload unless you change the little filter at the bottom to “All files” like the photo shows above.
It is not possible, however, to upload folders.
