Hello, I used to be able to tag to a work item and the most recent items would automatically pop up as an option to select. Now I have to search the work item each time. Is this an issue with my browser or something new with Karbon?

Karbon is using AI to train. I know it’s a bit of a pain to search for your work item, but there is a way to set things up, so it works better. Specifically, if you add the email address to the business card of the entity associated with the work, it’ll pop up.
Over time, the AI will learn and will provide better and better suggestions.
Thank you so much! I figured there was a better solution. I’ve been very happy with Karbon but was not able to find anything regarding this update. I am probably looking in the wrong place. I appreciate your super fast response!
