Sub Filters on Work Type/ customized Attributes

Is there a way to filter out specific work from the list of specific work types. I have created multiple work items for 1040 work type. Few of them requires specific attention, How can I add specific attributes which can help me to check the status of those 1040 work which needs specific attention,

Hi @Abhishek Kumar,

Please see below a list of filters available for Work.

You can filter by the Work Type 1040 and then by one of these filters if there is something in common that the special 1040’s all share.

Other options:

  • make another Work Type 1040: Special, set up the special Work items with that Work Type, so you can filter on them specifically
  • naming: you could give the special Work items a different name to the regular 1040s, then you would filter by Work Type: 1040 and sort by the name to see the special ones grouped together
