I have about 50+ contacts in Karbon, with most of them categorized as prospects. I’m looking to send an email blast to only my prospects and exclude those who aren’t categorized as such.

Additionally, I’d like to customize the email blast by including the recipient’s name in both the subject line and the email body to make it more personalized. Could someone guide me through the best way to do this in Karbon?

I’d really appreciate any tips or best practices for segmentation and personalization. Thanks in advance!
