Karbon Academy Time and Billing Module

I have watched and clicked on the entire module multiple times but the Time and Billing: Billing section will not add the checkmark stating it is completed, however, I was able to complete the survey at the end of the module.  Has this happened to anyone else? Is there something I should be doing?  This did not happen in any other module.
