We currently use Liscio - we do not email with clients as it presents security issues, obviously.  The entire issue seems to be that a client must be allowed to initiate a private, detailed, important message to our team - 24/7.  Karbon does not provide this; constantly linking messages from Liscio to Karbon prove to be highly inefficient.

Has anyone found a suitable workaround for any messaging issue, to allow clients to communicate in real time, so that it gets to our Triage efficiently?

Following because I’m curious as well. We just use email + Karbon portal right now.
