I don’t think there’s a way in Karbon to manage that. Here’s how I do it in M365:

We use M365, and there’s a feature included called Bookings which works like Calendly. I personally use Calendly and add the link to any email that I send if I’m trying to set up a meeting with someone.

Is that what you’re talking about, or was it something else? Are you trying to adjust your calendar’s visibility settings so your staff can see it?
