I have received feedback from one of my accountants that when a client sends a Sage file (comes through as .ptb file type), the file must be opened to download and they can’t open it with Karbon. This is forcing them back into Gmail to get the download. Has anyone else encountered this or have a work around?

Interesting.. I haven’t encountered this exact issue.
In Karbon, what does it look like at the bottom of the email?
Do you have the option to Right-Click > Save link as… ? 🤞🏾
