I use Karbon all the time on my pc, and would really love to know if there is a way to alert me when I’m working in another program. I find myself constantly going back and forth between what I’m doing and checking Karbon to see if I have anything new in Triage. It would be so helpful if there was a notification, maybe a pop up and a badge like Outlook does when you get a new email. I can rely on Outlook for new emails, but not for other things like assigned work items or mentions, etc…
