Client unable to upload documents to check list or make comments

When my client tries to upload a document or make a comment to their checklist it says draft failed.

That’s strange behavior. If you haven’t contacted support at support@karbonhq.com, that would be my first suggestion.

As Max suggested, you should contact support. There were stories of people having issues with checklists a few weeks ago on Mac/Safari, in case it is related 🙂
