Is there a way to manually set a client request status as sent? The email to the client has been sent outwith Karbon but I want the task to be set as sent to client so the automators are triggered.

When the email was sent by Karbon, the task status didn’t change to Sent to Client?
The only way I know to change a Client Request task status is:
Not Yet Sent: after being created, before being sent
Sent to Client: once Client Request section sent to client
Completed: once ticked as completed (if you untick it, it changes back to Sent to Client)
Maybe you could try ticking and unticking the task?

Thanks SamG. The email wasn’t sent by Karbon. I just want to set the status of the task as sent to client but not send the email from Karbon. Unfortunately, ticking the task will trigger the automators a step further than wanted.
We set our client requests as separate tasks that are not dependent on previous automators. So, we can send the doc request outside of Karbon, if needed, check the box that the request was sent and then move the work item along. This is especially helpful for those clients who give us paper docs for whatever reason.
