Hi there,
If we create a recurring monthly job, is there a way for it to automatically send the client request on say, the 5th day of the month without us needing to trigger anything?

That’s a great question, and yes, you can absolutely automate your client requests. Check out this help article as it does a better job than I could at explaining it. Instructions for automatic sending are a few sections down the document.
