Karbon Not Responding

Is anybody else having issues with Karbon not responding?  Our workforce has Karbon showing a spinning wheel.  I was booted out and logged back in but still have a spinning wheel.

Sorting email in triage

Dear Karbon, Can you please add functionality to “sort” emails in Triage? If you have this, where does it exist? This is different from the search feature you already have. Your search feature does not resolve my issue.  Use case, I have a busy week and receive 1000 emails. I cant keep up with my email and need to look at it during downtime.  62 of those are related to a particular client. I have no way to “sort” conversations related to that client, attach them as a batch to a timeline, and clear them all together.  At present, I have to open gmail in another window, sort them, and then hunt and peck one by one in Karbon to attach them where they need to go.  It used to be much simpler in gmail or outlook. I could grab all related emails, throw them where they needed to go and move on with my life. No w my inbox is severely backed up because of how long it takes to manually sort my email in triage. How do we resolve this very basis request?

File Size Limit - Client Uploads

Karbon has a 50 MB file size limit for uploads within a client task.  Does anyone know of any workarounds for uploading files larger than 50 MB?

Bulk Updating Work Items From Template

Hi Karbon Community We are exploring how we can solve this feature idea - If this is something you would want to do, we have a question for you:Would you expect all work schedules off the template to be updated to match the template or would you want to pick particular schedules (e.g. by client)? Please let me know in the comments below. Login options

Would love to see Apple added as a login option to integrate with Karbon. Forcing Mac users to pay for subscriptions to Microsoft or Google when it may not be needed for them creates unnecessary expense. Love that Karbon utilizes tech stack for login and integrations. Would just like to see Mac users and the Apple ID included in this.

PDF's hidden in emails

Has anyone noticed recently that when adding PDF’s to an email in Karbon, they are setting hidden behind the toolbar? I noticed this happening last week.

Comments experincing delays

Hi team, client advised there are delays when I replied comments to them  e.g. one client (who normally acting extremely prompt in emails) - would this due to our internet issue/system responding or anything else we need to know? Do we have any data to refer- e.g. PINGs Or probably that was client side internet issue? as others doesn't seem to have such issue.

Google Drive Integration

Dear Karbon,When are you planning to roll our Google Drive support for DMS (document management system)? Our while eco system operates in Google. Incidentally, our Karbon account piggybacks on our Google logins and gmail.   Any updates on ETA for this vital integration? We are hobbling around this until we can integrate fully.  Much appreciated for a response so we can project how to handle files until you resolve.

Karbon Archived Users

When I go to submit my timesheet, Karbon automatically wants me to submit it to a user who is archived and no longer working for us. It also suggests a list of people I can submit to however some of these people are removed from Karbon. How can I change this?

Can we exclude "already billed" fixed fee work from KPI WIP workbook?

The Fixed Fee WIP in KPI includes work items that have already been billed. I’m only interested in seeing items that haven’t been billed. Is there a way to filter the report to include only unbilled? I don’t see that option in the workbook.

dictate feature

All Microsoft products, word, and outlook specifically allow you to dictate an email or a document. In Karbon everything has to be typed. This is inefficient and time consuming and for me, I resist using Karbon because of this.  Since Karbon somehow works with Outlook, I would like this feature added.

Citrix - Sharefile

Thank you for reading my question, and hopefully, take it under advisement because it would be a tremendous asset to many, many, many people that I have talked to. My suggestion/question is, is there any way to connect the Karbon document management system to Citrix ShareFile? I don't use Dropbox or OneDrive. I want to join the documents I'm working with and Karden's work. I'm considering changing systems: I need a place to consolidate my records. Connecting to ShareFile would be a tremendous asset to our office. Thank you very much. Hopefully, a favorable response is in store.

Delete Repeat Work

I’d love to see the following for deleting repeat work:Make it an option by either clicking the repeat cadence under “REPEATS” in the main Work view or under “Edit Repeat Settings” in the Work’s three-dot menu. It’s several clicks and a full-page scroll to get to Delete Repeat currently. When a contact’s “Contact Type” is changed to “Inactive,” automatically delete all repeat work for that contact. After deleting repeat work, I’m taken back to the Work screen. I’d rather go back to the Work instance that was being repeated (usually so I can delete that instance also).

Unsend email

Is it possible to request to the developer team to add more time to “unsend an email”  to at a minimum of 30 seconds.  Like someone mentioned a long time ago, if you only have 5 seconds, it seems irrelevant to catch it that quick in 5 seconds.  😊
