Team - An Important Update Regarding Karbon Academy! 

 

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our brand-new Karbon Academy. We will be communicating many more exciting details throughout the month but wanted to begin with some time sensitive information and calls to action.

 

Important: Complete Your In-Progress Courses by August 26th
As we transition to the new Karbon Academy, please be aware that any progress on current courses will not carry over. We encourage you to complete any in-progress courses by August 26th 2024 to ensure you receive full credit for your hard work.

 

Academy Badges: What You Need to Know
While we are updating the new Academy, your Academy badges will not be immediately available. Don’t worry! You can still view and track your badges within your profile in the Karbon app. Your badges will appear in the new Academy after the New Year.Thank you for being a valued Karbon customer. We can’t wait for you to experience all that the new Karbon Academy has to offer.

@thea.schlobohm I went through the first courses and when I want to retake the course I have an error message, really would need to get back in to retake. 

 

 


@Karin My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience here. I will escalate this issue for you now and you can expect to receive follow up from my colleague and our Academy specialist Kelly Gabriel shortly. Do you happen to know what the title of the course is that throws this error message?


Hi @Karin,

I am sorry for the inconvenience. This is a new Academy system; as I am sure you know, there will be kinks with any new systems. Please try one or more of the following fixes and see if they work. 
 
1.  try clearing her cookies and cache (directions are here: https://www.sus.edu/landing-page/doit-cache)
2. access Karbon app/Academy using a different browser
3. access Karbon app/Academy using an incognito browser (directions are here: https://www.sus.edu/landing-page/doit-cache)
