Hi Everyone,
I know a few people having issues logging into Karbon (it just loads forever!). A quick fix is to use this url: https://app2.karbonhq.com instead of https://app.karbonhq.com to log in.
This has done the trick both for issues logging in with Google and Microsoft

It seems both of those links are the same (when I hover and look at the preview). Also, for us at least, whenever we navigate to Karbon it redirects to app2 anyway
I had some of my clients for whom the redirect did not work. Great to know that’s an isolated issue!
I kept on getting bounced back to login screen when trying to login using Google. No error code or anything. I’m using Chrome. Have had this issue using both Chrome and Edge.
