Hi 

Our team have starting having their sent emails appear in their triage. This means that when we email a client and then mark the email off our triage list it reappears with the email we sent. 

 

How can we fix this?

This was a bug that was fixed in the last update. Is it still happening for you?


this is happening for us. it happened today. what can we do to get this resolved? 


Mine was fixed in an update last month. I would suggest support@karbonhq.com.
