Sending email to Team

@Khalid Naeem you can’t unfortunately.. you can email yourself and @mention the team in a comment. This is what I often do 🙂 or create a Note and @mention the team. This is basically the same thing but only possible internally.

Could you create a distribution list in your email tenant and email your team that way?

Karbon is designed specifically so that internal communication is not handled via email. It can take some adjustment, but we now only use email to communicate with clients and vendors, rarely internally.

Even when sending emails to external recipients, we don’t add internal distribution lists. We mention the relevant staff in the comments, so they see the subsequent communication. This way the client feels like they are talking with one person, but all the relevant people are kept up to date.
