Emails not flowing through to Triage, what are the best solutions?

i’m having issues with karbon syncing to gmail. the emails i send through karbon are not going through, similarly, i can receive emails through my gmail but they don’t flow to karbon
There was an issue with Karbon systems should now be resolved. If you are still having issues, I would suggest checking with support by emailing support@karbonhq.com.
