We manually sent out Auto-Pay requests to 200 clients this week. Now we would like to know which of them have signed up and who we need to follow up. Is there a client report that shows this? It would be cumbersome to check every single client’s Billing tab to check.

Appreciate any advice.

The only other way I know to see is by checking the receivables screen. The client will need to have an invoice to show up on this screen. You could also ask your customer success manager if they can pull a report for you.


Thanks Max. This was suggested by a rep from Karbon too. Now that we’ve sent invoices it will serve our purposes, but it would be good to have this as a column in the client details.
