Ive been wondering if a template can be set up in such a way to automatically create or trigger a different work item.
Exaple: a Client onboarding task is created where the client is requested to upload documents needed for various Work (Eg. payroll, tax, ) Each task indicates the service they will be subscribing to.
of course there are some services that the client will not be utilizing.
Is there a way to automatically trigger “Work creation” if a client ‘ticks” or uploads documents indicating that they will be needing the service?
