Best Practice: Change the status, colleague, to-do date or due date of To-Do items in bulk

You can do bulk actions such as 

  • Change the status of a work item, task, note or email

  • Re-assign a work item, task, note or email

  • Change the To-Do date of a work item, task, note or email

  • Change the Due Date of a work item, task, note or email

 

Just go into your To-Do list, filter by the type of items you’d like to change and set up your sorting options to view in the view you need and in the options menu on the right make those changes. 

 

For Example: Re-assigning my tasks to my colleague for a specific client

 

Filtering by:  Type: Tasks / Status: Planned, Ready to Start, In Progress and Waiting

Sorting by: Client

Hey Erin,

Can you bulk change work due dates from the work list view?  If not how can you bulk change work due dates (not individual tasks, but the whole work project)?
